When you first enter the Calendar it displays the current month and shows a combined view of all Club and district scheduled activities.

Individual club calendars can be viewed by using the pull down menu labeled (select another club). Select the desired club and then click the "go" button next to the pull-down menu. NOTE: Rather than clicking and draging the long menu, you can select the pull-down menu, then type in the first few characters of the club name. The club name will then be displayed. Once the proper club name is displayed, click the "go" button to view the specific club monthly calendar.

You can navigate the monthly calendar from the pull down menu in the center, by selecting the desired month and year and then click the "go" button. Alternately, you can click on the previous and next month heading just above the calendar displayed.

You may also view a specific club calendar by Day or Week by clicking on the blue underlined links.

You can view the details about a specific activity by clicking on it.

The "View Club List" displays a complete list of all the clubs. Next to each club is an "info" link. Clicking this link displays detailed information on the club. It includes all the information in the District Directory and also provides "hot-links" for the email addresses and maps to the club meetings.

Clicking on the email link will automatically open and address an email message.

Clicking on the map link will open a new window in your browser with a map to the meeting location.

Clicking on the Club Name from the list will take you to that club's monthly calendar.
